We offer thousands of products, most of which can be returned within 14 days from Delivery Date. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.
All returns for Halloween must be received in our warehouse no later than October 10, 2007. We will refuse any returned items received in our warehouse after October 10, 2007.
Returned merchandise must be new and unused. No credit will be issued unless the costume, its parts, and the original packaging are in perfect condition.
For hygienic reasons, some items cannot be returned. These include wigs, teeth, hats, masks, beards, make-up, mustaches, stockings and socks.
Return your package to us using the mail carrier of your choice. We recommend using a carrier that provides a package tracking number.
